So it's not so much a retelling anymore now that we've established a whole new premise with Alyssa and it looks to be new adventures. I'm curious to see what'll happen since the first book wrapped up rather conclusively and nicely. Nonetheless, with a synopsis available now, I'm becoming even more excited about the release of the second book!
